CUPSHE Soft Season Collection

That in-between stage when summer starts disappearing but it isn’t quite cold enough for full autumn dressing can be surprisingly difficult to dress for.

I’ve been styling some pieces from the CUPSHE Soft Season Collection, which is designed for exactly that transition. Think soft layers, easy knitwear, dresses and pieces that can take you into the new season without feeling too heavy.

I’ve put together five looks from the collection, including two very different knit sets, two dresses and a blue knit that I’ve styled with my own jeans.

I’m wearing size S throughout.

Chocolate Brown Knit Set

I love chocolate brown for autumn. The contrast cream trim gives the cardigan a little more interest, while the matching wide-leg trousers keep the whole look relaxed and easy to wear.

I’ve styled it with a simple cream top underneath and flats, but both pieces could easily be worn separately with things you already have in your wardrobe.

Oatmeal Off-the-Shoulder Knit Co-ord

This is probably one of the easiest outfits of the five. The oatmeal shade is so wearable and I love the relaxed off-the-shoulder neckline.

The wide-leg trousers and soft knit make it comfortable, but it still feels put together enough to wear out rather than looking like loungewear. It’s also a lovely neutral base for adding different accessories through autumn.

Autumn Floral Maxi Dress

This is such a lovely way to wear florals beyond summer. The cream background keeps it light, while the rust, burgundy and warmer tones make it perfect for the change in season.

I particularly like the halterneck shape and defined waist. I’d wear it just like this while it’s still warm, then add a cardigan or jacket as the temperature starts to drop.

Blue V-Neck Knit

This is probably the easiest example of how I’d bring one of the CUPSHE pieces into my existing wardrobe.

I’ve styled the blue V-neck knit with my own jeans and neutral heels. I love the pointelle detail because it gives a simple knit a little more interest without making it difficult to style.

It’s an easy one to wear with jeans now and layer under a jacket or coat later in the season.

Striped Long-Sleeve Maxi Dress

I love the combination of pink, burgundy and brown in this dress. The long sleeves and deeper colours make it feel much more autumnal, while the fitted shape and V-neck create a really flattering silhouette.

I’ve styled it with brown boots, which takes it straight into autumn, but changing the footwear would give it a completely different feel.
